PSSSB board has published notification for typing test for the candidates who have cleared the written examination against the advertisement number 18 of 2021, 19 of 2021 and 03 of 2022 and 15 of 2022. The candidates must also practice sample test for PSSSB Clerk Typing Test Chunk to prepare for the exam. The list of candidate who have cleared the exam has been uploaded in the same notification.

- Typing test in Punjabi and English will be conducted on computer software.
- Punjabi passage will be conducted in Unicode complaint Ravi font using inscript keyboard.
- The duration of Punjabi and English test will be 10 minutes for each test.
- Candidates must have gross typing speed of 30 words per minute in both Punjabi and English.
- Maximum 8% mistakes are allowed to clear the test.
PSSSB Clerk typing speed instructions
- Passage in Punjabi and English will be displayed in chunks of three lines of text.
- Each chunk of text will contain 32 to 34 words and their will be total 10 chunks.
- Candidate have to type all the 10 chunks to be eligible for clearing the test.
