HPSCB Junior Clerk Recruitment 2024:- Age Criteria (As on 01.01.2024)
Should be above 18 years and below 45 years of age.
- The candidates born between 01.01.2006 and 02.01.1979 (both days inclusive) are eligible. In the case of SC/ ST candidates upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years and in the case of Ex-Servicemen and other reserve categories, there will be relaxation in the upper age limit as per State Government rules.

| II. | Jr. Clerk* (Under PACS Quota i.e. quota reserved for Trained Secretaries of PACS) | 10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate or above of a recognized University. Candidates must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School or Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh only. A minimum of continuous 5 years service as Secretary as defined in Himachal Pradesh Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971 of Primary Agriculture Credit Society. For a candidate possessing Graduate Degree, required experience will be three years. Should be below 45 years of age as on 01.01.2024. All employees of PACS who are covered under the definition of “trained Secretaries” are eligible for the posts. Candidate should not be directly or indirectly a defaulter of his/her society. |
| III. | Junior Clerk* (Under OCS Quota i.e. quota reserved for employees of Other Cooperative Societies and employees of PACS who are not covered under the definition of “Trained Secretaries”) | 10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate or above of a recognized University. Candidates must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School or Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh only. A minimum of continuous 7 years service in a cooperative society. Candidates who have Graduate Degree, then the required experience will be five years only. Must be below 45 years of age as on 01.01.2024. All employees of other cooperative societies and PACS who does not comes under the definition of “trained Secretaries” are eligible for the posts. Candidate should not be directly or indirectly a defaulter of any society. |

The Junior Clerk will have pay scale with minimum pay of Rs. 19900/- (level-2) with total approximate emoluments of Rs. 26600 + admissible allowances Per Month.
