These 500 posts are to be done for admission in IDBI-PGDBF through Manipal School of Banking, Bengaluru and Nitte Education International Pvt. Ltd. (NEIPL), Greater Noida.

IDBI Bank has partnered with Manipal Global Education Services and Nitte Education International to provide training in Banking and Finance to aspiring candidates.

Applications are invited from young, dynamic graduates for a 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) comprising 6 months of classroom studies at the respective campus, 2 months Internship, and 4 months of On Job Training (OJT) at IDBI Bank’s Branches/offices/centers.

IDBI Bank will make efforts to select candidates from the West and South Zones through Manipal (MGES) Bengaluru and from the East and North Zones through Nitte (NEIPL) Greater Noida, subject to availability of vacancies and business requirements, and at the Bank’s discretion.

  • Candidates should be Graduates from any discipline from a university recognized (Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.)
  • Candidates should have computer proficiency; fluency in regional language preferred.

The minimum age is 20 and the maximum is 25. Candidates must be born between 31.01.1999 and 31.01.2004 (inclusive).

The initial phase involves an objective online test comprising four sections:

The test is for 2 hours, and candidates will be assessed on their analytical and language skills.

The candidates who cleared the written test will be called for personal interviews. The interview carries a significant weightage of 100 marks. Candidates will have to score the minimum qualifying marks to be considered for final selection.

Each candidate must score a minimum amount in each section of the online test and achieve a total score to qualify for shortlisting. The combined final score is calculated based on the online test and interview. The final selection formula is Final Score = 3/4 Online Test Score + 1/4 Interview Score.

During the interview, candidates can choose to answer questions in Hindi or English.
