Qualification/Requirements:
- Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge
- Basic Accounting knowledge is a preferred qualification
- Proficiency in spoken and written local language
- Fluency in Hindi/English is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), tally, and Internet
- Typing skills in the local language are essential; Hindi/English typing skills are advantageous
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 12,000/- per month
- Age: 22-40 years
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of:
- Written Test: Assesses General Knowledge and computer capability.
- Personal Interview: Evaluates communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work with trainees.
Tenure:
The engagement is on a contractual basis, initially for 11 months, extendable up to 3 years based on annual performance reviews. The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the contract with a 30-day prior notice in case of unsatisfactory performance.
